Welcome to RankPG ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at rankpg.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login with others or use another person's account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Service Description

RankPG is a web-based study planning and tracking tool designed for Medical PG exam aspirants (NEET PG, INI-CET, FMGE). The Service provides syllabus tracking, revision scheduling, GT score analysis, and performance analytics.

Disclaimer: RankPG is a planning tool, not a coaching platform. We do not guarantee exam results, ranks, or scores. Success depends on individual effort and preparation.

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Access to limited features (sample topics across all 19 subjects, 3 GT logs, basic analytics). Free forever with no credit card required.
• Paid Plans: Premium plans unlock all subjects, unlimited GT logs, smart revision engine, full analytics, and more. Pricing and features are displayed on the subscription page.
• Plan pricing may change. Existing active plans will not be affected by price increases.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• There is no auto-renewal. When your plan expires, your account reverts to the free plan. Your data is retained.
• We do not store your credit/debit card details. All payment information is handled by Razorpay.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of any notes, custom data, or content you create on the platform.
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal study data.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's data or features.
• Share copyrighted study material from third-party courses through the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, code, and features of RankPG are our intellectual property. The syllabus structure, topic organization, analytics algorithms, and UI design are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Availability & Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update features, pricing, or terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPG and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
